Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 pkg. large seashell noodles
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cut bacon strips into 1/2-inch pieces. Fry until done and drain off grease. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and 1 cup water. Cook to a thick sauce.
- Boil noodles according to directions. Drain.
- Pour sauce over noodles. Top individual servings with generous sprinkling of grated Cheddar cheese.
