Ingredients
- 24 chicken wings
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. finely chopped green onions and tops
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger or 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root
Method
- Disjoint chicken wings, discard tips.
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Add chicken, cover and marinate 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken and place in a shallow baking dish, skin side down.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Turn pieces and baste with marinade and bake 15 minutes longer.
