Ingredients
- 2 c. cranberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. shortening, melted
Method
- Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
- Spread berries on bottom and sprinkle with nuts and 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Beat eggs; add one cup of sugar gradually.
- Beat until well mixed.
- Add flour, butter and shortening.
- Beat well and pour over berries.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
