Ingredients
- 5-1/2 cups Semi Frozen Cantaloupe Chunks
- 1/2 cups Raw Honey
- 1/4 cups Fresh Mint Leaves, Loosely Packed
- 16 Popsicle (sticks)
Method
- Add cantaloupe, honey and mint into a blender and puree completely. Spoon into popsicle molds. Mine were from Wal-Mart and I used two trays of 8 and they made the perfect amount. My molds were medium sized. Insert a stick into each. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
- It does help to run cold water on the outside of the molds to get the popsicles to come out nicely.
