Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, in bit pieces and softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. cooked lean corned beef, chopped fine
- 1 c. sauerkraut
- 2 tsp. chopped green onion
- 2 tsp. spicy brown sugar mustard
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes in covered casserole dish.
- Remove cover and bake an additional 5 minutes, until it begins to turn golden brown around edges.
