Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1/2 tsp. Spike or Vegit
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 small pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • grated cheese
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • soy sauce

Method

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium size skillet.
  • Stir in spices.
  • Add garlic.
  • Stir in onion and mushrooms.
  • Cook and stir until onion is tender.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes, which have been placed in boiling water for 2 minutes to soften.
  • Drain tortellini and serve with stir-fried vegetables.
  • Add cheese or soy sauce to your taste (optional).
