Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cheese-filled tortellini
- 1/2 tsp. Spike or Vegit
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 small pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- grated cheese
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- soy sauce
Method
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium size skillet.
- Stir in spices.
- Add garlic.
- Stir in onion and mushrooms.
- Cook and stir until onion is tender.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, which have been placed in boiling water for 2 minutes to soften.
- Drain tortellini and serve with stir-fried vegetables.
- Add cheese or soy sauce to your taste (optional).
