Ingredients
- 1 lamb shank, cut off fat
- 1 can V-8 juice
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. ginger
Method
- Put some onion and lamb shank in frying pan and saute.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook until hot, then pour over meat.
- Put in 350° oven for 3 hours.
- Cover.
