- 12 oz. (large box) Jumbo Shells, uncooked
- 24 oz. cottage cheese or 4 c. (2 lbs.) ricotta cheese
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mossarella cheese
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Method
- Cook shells according to package directions, drain and cool. Mix cheeses, egg, parsley flakes, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. After mixing the ingredients, stuff into the cooled shells.
- Place stuffed shells in large baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
