Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. tomato sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Mix the first 7 ingredients and form into balls.
- Arrange in baking dish in single layer.
- Brown in oven 15 minutes at 370°. Mix the soup with the water and flour.
- Pour soup mixture over meatballs.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
- I turn meatballs once. Serve over hot rice.
