Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. condensed tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 large onion
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
Method
- Mix first four ingredients and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Shape into balls and brown on all sides in hot margarine.
- Put in 3 quart casserole.
- Mix remaining ingredients, including salt.
- Arrange on top of meatballs.
- Cover and bake in preheated 350° oven.
- Bake 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
