Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs, separated
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- Lemon juice to taste
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell (pastry or possibly graham)
- 3 tbsp. sugar
Method
- Beat egg yolk, add in lowfat milk and beat well.
- Add in lemon juice to taste.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Cover with meringue made by adding 3 Tbsp.
- sugar to beaten egg whites and beating till stiff.
- Brown in oven preheated to 350 degrees then turned off.
