Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. ground meat
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. milk or tomato juice
Method
- Place meat in bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pack the mixture in a 1 1/2-quart loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven on lower rack for 1 hour.
- Pour off any fat that may have accumulated.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Mixture can be divided into 6 cups of a muffin tin.
- Bake 30 minutes.
