Ingredients
- 1 c. instant rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- salt to taste
- 1 cut-up chicken or 6 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Grease a large Pyrex dish.
- Pour in rice.
- Dilute soup with 1 can water.
- Pour over rice.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice and soup.
- Salt to taste.
- Brown chicken in butter.
- Place on top of mixture.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
