Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 egg (per pound of meat)
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 4 slices white bread (per pound of ground beef)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent

Method

  • Combine ingredients except bread in a bowl.
  • In a small bowl of cool water, dip each piece of bread separately.
  • Gently squeeze water from bread, leaving it moist.
  • Break the bread mixture into the meat mixture. Roll into loaf and bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until evenly browned.
