Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 egg (per pound of meat)
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 4 slices white bread (per pound of ground beef)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
Method
- Combine ingredients except bread in a bowl.
- In a small bowl of cool water, dip each piece of bread separately.
- Gently squeeze water from bread, leaving it moist.
- Break the bread mixture into the meat mixture. Roll into loaf and bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until evenly browned.
