Ingredients

  • 1 med. size pork loin, trimmed of all fat
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cooking sherry
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Cut loin into 1-inch cubes; combine remaining ingredients and marinate in mix overnight.
  • bake 10 min at 375 degrees, then 15 min at 500 degrees.
  • Reduce heat to 400 degrees and continue to cook for 20 min.
  • Serve with warm mustard and toasted sesame seeds.
  • You can use dry mustard thinned with mayonnaise, water, or possibly beer to make the warm mustard.
