Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can potatoes, drained
- 1 can carrots, drained
- 1 jar canned onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can beef broth
Method
- Make ground beef into balls and cook.
- In large pan, mix soup and broth.
- Add potatoes, carrots, onions and meat balls.
- Simmer approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
- Quick and good.
