Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can Spanish rice
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook beef in skillet until it changes colors (almost done). Drain beef.
  • Add onions, celery and garlic clove.
  • Stir well while cooking for 15 minutes.
  • Add English peas, Spanish rice, salt and pepper to meat.
  • Cook 10 more minutes.
  • Dip up into serving plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top while meat is hot.
