Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can English peas
- 1 can Spanish rice
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook beef in skillet until it changes colors (almost done). Drain beef.
- Add onions, celery and garlic clove.
- Stir well while cooking for 15 minutes.
- Add English peas, Spanish rice, salt and pepper to meat.
- Cook 10 more minutes.
- Dip up into serving plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top while meat is hot.
