Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. round steak
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 4 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 c. fresh mushrooms
- seasonings to taste
Method
- Place steak in a long casserole dish.
- Season; dot with butter and add Worcestershire sauce.
- In layers, add sliced potatoes, onion, carrots, bell pepper and mushrooms.
- Cover casserole with foil.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until browned.
