Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- Bake potatoes for approximately 20 minutes (depending on size) in a 350° oven.
- Cut lengthwise and scoop our potato pulp, leaving approximately 1/4-inch.
- Brush with vegetable oil; add salt and pepper.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 475° for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
