Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 chocolate Xocai Healthy, Nuggets, chopped
- 1 whole chili pepper whole dried pepper
- 2 sticks cinnamon
Method
- Place chopped Nuggets in small stainless steel bowl, Set aside.
- Cut chili pepper open lengthwise.
- Combine milk chile pepper, and cinnamon stick in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cool for 5 minutes or until lukewarm (110 degrees or less).
- Pour milk over chopped Nuggets, using a sieve to keep the chili pepper fragments out i f the mixture.
- Whisk vigorously until Nuggets are melted and milk is frothy.
- Pour into preheated mugs.
