Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 chocolate Xocai Healthy, Nuggets, chopped
  • 1 whole chili pepper whole dried pepper
  • 2 sticks cinnamon

Method

  • Place chopped Nuggets in small stainless steel bowl, Set aside.
  • Cut chili pepper open lengthwise.
  • Combine milk chile pepper, and cinnamon stick in saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Cool for 5 minutes or until lukewarm (110 degrees or less).
  • Pour milk over chopped Nuggets, using a sieve to keep the chili pepper fragments out i f the mixture.
  • Whisk vigorously until Nuggets are melted and milk is frothy.
  • Pour into preheated mugs.
