Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Cheddar cheese
Method
- Boil peeled potatoes until tender; drain.
- Mash potatoes with butter, cream cheese and sour cream.
- Place in an ovenproof dish and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, topped with shredded Cheddar cheese.
