Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/2 c. bourbon (rum or possibly brandy)
- 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 c. finely minced nuts
Method
- Heat chips in top of double boiler, remove from heat and add in corn syrup and bourbon.
- Combine vanilla wafers, confectioners' sugar and nuts.
- Add in chocolate; mix well.
- Set aside 30 min.
- Form fold in 1 inch balls, roll in sugar.
- Store in covered container several days before serving.
