Ingredients
- 6 oz. serving instant potatoes (Hungry Jack only)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (regular, not light)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Method
- Prepare potatoes as directed, except no butter.
- Add all other ingredients; mix gently.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
