Ingredients
- 5 1/4 ounces marzipan
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted pistachios 1/2 finely ground, 1/2 chopped
- 12 strawberries
Method
- Knead marzipan, powdered sugar and ground pistachios together then form into 12 balls and press into 2 inch flat discs. Wrap strawberries about halfway up the sides then press into chopped pistachios and serve.
