Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 zucchinis medium, cut into thin lengthwise strips
  • 4 pumpkin blossoms
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

Method

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and add the zucchini.
  • Saute each side for up to 2 minutes. Remove the zucchini and set aside.
  • Place the zucchini in a bowl and add the pumpkin blossoms, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cheese. Mix everything well and serve on a plate.
