- 1 box chocolate wafers
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Crust:
- Crush chocolate wafers finely to make 1 1/2 cups of crumbs.
- Combine with melted margarine and press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring pan.
- Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
