Ingredients
- 1 chicken, boiled & deboned, cut up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 3 boiled Large eggs, sliced
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Grease 9"x13" Pyrex dish.
- Put chicken, soup and broth in bottom.
- Boiled Large eggs on top.
- Mix flour, lowfat milk, melted butter in saucepan till lumps are out.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
- Crust will be golden brown.
