Ingredients
- 1/2 medium cauliflower, cut into small florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 bottle (250mL) Kraft Three Cheese Ranch Dressing
- 1 bunch fresh spinach leaves, torn
- 1 radicchio, torn
- 1 orange, cut into segments
- toasted sliced almonds
Method
- TO marinate cauliflower, place florets in large plastic bag; pour dressing over and secure tightly.
- Place bag in bowl and refrigerate overnight to tenderize.
- JUST before serving: toss greens together and place in a serving dish.
- TOP with marinated cauliflower, orange segments and nuts.
