Ingredients
- 12 ounce. pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 ounce. pkg. Jello instant pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
Method
- Mix flour with baking soda.
- Combine butter, the sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Beat till smooth and creamy.
- Beat in Large eggs.
- Gradually add in flour mix, then stir in chips.
- Batter will be stiff.
- Drop rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
