Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups corn syrup
- 7/8 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix sugar, water and 2-1/2 cups corn syrup.
- Cook to 245F; cool 15 minutes.
- While cooling, place in seperate bowl: 1/2 cup warm white corn syrup; mix thoroughly.
- Beat in first mixture.
- Add vanilla.
- Jar or can.
- Do not cover until cold.
