Ingredients

  • 12 cup celery, diced
  • 12 cup green pepper, diced
  • 12 cup sweet onion, diced
  • 12 cup cucumber, diced and seeded (I like to keep the skin on but your choice)
  • 12 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian dressing (your favorite)
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 12 cups v 8 juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder (to taste)
  • hot sauce, 4 dashes (or more)

Method

  • Combine ingredients and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
