- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. fresh broccoli
- 1 medium size can sliced mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes or lots of cherry tomatoes
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 head cauliflower
Method
- Clean and scrub vegetables.
- Break into bite size pieces. Drain juice from mushrooms.
- Place in shallow dish and pour mixture over vegetables.
- Let stand 24 hours before serving.
