Ingredients

  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. dill seed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. fresh broccoli
  • 1 medium size can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes or lots of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower

Method

  • Clean and scrub vegetables.
  • Break into bite size pieces. Drain juice from mushrooms.
  • Place in shallow dish and pour mixture over vegetables.
  • Let stand 24 hours before serving.
