Ingredients
- 1 can small green peas
- 1 can Shoepeg corn
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 jar diced/chopped pimentos
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. sugar
Method
- Drain peas, corn and green beans, then mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Will keep for several days.
