Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots, well drained
- 1 small green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1/2 c. salad oil (I use 1/4 c.)
- 1 c. sugar (I use Sugar Twin as substitute)
- 3/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix.
- Let set overnight before serving.
- It will keep 6 to 7 days.
