Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots (I have used canned and frozen)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 chopped onion (fine)
- 1 chopped pepper (fine)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Mix together and simmer 10 minutes.
- Cool and pour over cooked carrots.
