Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- salt and pepper
- 1 can Shoepeg corn
- 1 can English peas
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
Method
- Bring to a boil oil, sugar, vinegar, water, salt and pepper. Pour over remaining ingredients.
