Ingredients

  • 12 - 16 ounces pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed

Method

  • Score pork with a fork, place in baking dish and set aside.
  • In medium bowl combine all ingredients and stir.
  • Pour over tenderloin and cover.
  • Let sit for at least a half hour.
  • Removefrom marinade and cook in a cast iron skillet or on a BBQ for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve.
