Ingredients
- 12 - 16 ounces pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
Method
- Score pork with a fork, place in baking dish and set aside.
- In medium bowl combine all ingredients and stir.
- Pour over tenderloin and cover.
- Let sit for at least a half hour.
- Removefrom marinade and cook in a cast iron skillet or on a BBQ for about 10 minutes.
- Serve.
