Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fillet fish (preferably grouper)
  • 1 tbsp All purpose seasoning
  • 1 Fresh lime
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 grams vegetable oil

Method

  • Cut grouper into strips squeeze a half of fresh lime on the grouper strips an season until fully coated.
  • Crack open one egg an whip in a bowl.
  • Pour 2 cups of all purpose flour in a separate bowl
  • When the oil is completely hot in the frying pan you can dip the grouper strips into the eggs mixture until fully coated.
  • Dip strips into the all purpose flour until fully coated, place fish strips into the hot frying pan.
  • You can cook until both sides have browned completely.
  • Squeeze the other half of fresh lime over the fish.
