- 1 pkg. boneless pork tenderloin
- 1 c. orange marmalade
- 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 baguette, sliced and spread with melted butter and garlic powder
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except pork and bread.
- Marinate pork in mixture for 4 to 6 hours.
- Bake pork for 45 minutes in 350° oven, turning once.
- Slice pork into 1-inch slices and serve on sliced and buttered baguettes.
