Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce.) cans turkey (chicken or possibly tuna) or possibly 2 c. fresh turkey shredded
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. minced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely minced purple onion
  • 1 c. Gold raisins
  • 1 or possibly 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 or possibly 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1 or possibly 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (more or possibly less to taste)
  • 1/2 c. Best foods mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Sweet n Sour sauce

Method

  • Combine all ingredients using as much or possibly as little spices and mayonnaise to suit your tastes.
  • Toss well.
  • Delicious as a salad with many greens.
  • Especially delicious with sprouts on a very grainy bread such as Health Nut or possibly Extra Sour Rye.
