Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. scallops
- 1/3 c. dry vermouth
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Marinate scallops for several hours in refrigerator in mixture.
- Broil 5 to 6 minutes.
- Turn once after 3 minutes.
- Watch carefully.
