Ingredients
- 3 c. sliced, cooked carrots, drained
- 1 medium bell pepper (red)
- 1 small onion
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix and pour over carrots.
- Refrigerate overnight.
