Ingredients
- 1 (13 oz.) can salmon or approximately 13 oz. cooked/prepared mashed salmon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk, hot
Method
- Mix all together and put in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
