Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1/2 c. tarragon
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Marinating times (in refrigerator):
  • fish or shrimp 20 to 30 minutes, chicken 30 minutes to 2 hours, beef or pork strips 30 minutes to 2 hours, steaks 30 minutes to 2 hours, cubes 1 hour to 24 hours, chops 30 minutes to 2 hours, roast 12 hours to 24 hours and ribs 12 hours to 24 hours.
