Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, with juice
- 3 c. blueberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Spray pan with Pam or grease with shortening (9 x 13-inch). Pour in pineapple.
- Add blueberries, mixed with 3/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of berries.
- Melt butter and pour over cake mix.
- Sprinkle with nuts (optional) and 1/4 cup sugar. Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
