Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fresh or frozen ravioli
- 1/2 pt. light cream or half and half
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Prepare ravioli according to directions and drain.
- In a large saucepan, heat the cream to boiling.
- Turn down heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Heat through.
- Add ravioli.
- Toss and serve.
