Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 box croutons
- 3 c. cut up celery
- 1 diced onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with raw hamburger.
- Place croutons over this.
- Heat other ingredients together and pour over top. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand for 15 minutes. Cut and serve.
- Can be frozen also.
