Ingredients
- 16 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Melt chocolate and butter in medium saucepan.
- Gradually blend in sugar and flour, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Blend in egg yolks, one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla.
