Ingredients
- 1 each graham cracker pie crust
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 can milk, sweetened condensed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 8 food coloring red
- 2 cups whipped cream
Method
- In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Stir in bottled lemon juice and food coloring.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into prepared pie shell.
- Freeze or chill 6 hours or until firm.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
