Ingredients

  • 16 slices white bread
  • 8 slices Canadian bacon
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. butter, melted
  • 1 c. potato chips, crushed

Method

  • Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with 8 slices of bread.
  • Cover with 8 slices of bacon and 8 slices of cheese.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients, except butter and chips.
  • Spread over cheese.
  • Let stand overnight in fridge.
